Function attribute_size_change

Computes the object size change attribute of the object in the given seqeunce

Object size change is the relative change in the object scale between current frame and first frame.

Input:

• sequence (struct): An array of sequence structures.

Output:

• mean_val : range of scale change computed as 0.9 - 0.1 percentil of scale changes from all frames

• val_val : variance of the size change of the object for the sequence

• frames : the size change of the object for each frame
